NSP’s Organizational Assessment Program helps guide board and staff leaders of well-established nonprofits through a meaningful and productive review of their governance and management functions.


Program Details

Over two, two-hour sessions facilitated by an expert nonprofit consultant, your leadership team will reflect on topics such as:

  • Mission
  • Planning
  • Evaluation
  • Governance
  • Financial management
  • Fund development
  • Staffing
  • Technology

Through these discussions, you will be able to identify issues affecting your organization and reach consensus on next steps. You will also receive a summary report with recommendations and priorities, which you can use internally and with future consultants as you pursue more in-depth planning and action. 

 

Qualifications

There is no charge to participate in this program. To qualify for consideration, your organization must:

  • Be an established 501.c.3 public charity
  • Provide the majority of your services to the residents of the Greater Hartford area
  • Commit to the Executive Director/CEO and Board Chair’s full participation in all sessions
