The Thresholds Program offers two distinct cohorts - one for Executive Directors/CEOs retiring from their organizations, and the other for Executive Directors/CEOs continuing on in their careers. These programs offer executives the opportunity to learn about effective practices to prepare for leadership departure.
The Thresholds Programs will help you to answer these questions and more:
